If you're selling something online, and you need to ship that something, you'd best be sure to have enough space on hand to store what you have. Even if it's not for long-term storage (meaning your items are selling quickly), if your products are big and bulky, you'll have a hard time with your shipping bill as well as running out of space. Think in terms of, "If I had 100 of these delivered to my house, where would they go?” The other thing to consider is for this very reason, the competition might be weak because they can't manage the size of the product and quantity very well either. So if you do have the space, and the market looks good, then you might have an advantage that others don't.
